Cancellation Policy

As your therapist, I am required to follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This law ensures that your personal health information is kept confidential. I will not share any information about your therapy without your written consent, except in situations where I am legally required to do so (see Mandated Reporting below). Your records, notes, and personal information are securely stored, and any communication between us, whether written or verbal, is protected under HIPAA.
